Steel Bar & Tube Bundles
Pneumatic assisted scissor gripper lifting tong designed to handle loads up to 1/2 ton. The end effector was engineered to have adjustable and interchangeable gripper jaws so that it can handle a multitude of sizes, weights, and shapes including bundles of barstock and other materials.
Furnace Dies
ID gripper picking and placing furnace dies. AIMCO's below-the-hook lifting device was equipped with a silde valve controller that included dual-task release to prevent accidental load drops. Easy integration to an chain hoist.
Steel Pipe
Dual magnet end effector handling round tube and pipe. Magnet technology with neodymium magnets configured with reversible poles. Custom pole shoes. Lifting and lowering was executed by a smart lifting device with float mode, anti-drop, and virtual limits.
Sheet Metal
Two-cup vacuum lift assist with pivoting handlebar to prevent operator from having to bend down or reach up. Vacuum cups are adjustable along a spreader bar. Used with an overhead crane and AIMCO TorqLIFT (lifting cylinder and torque tube).
