Corrugated Cardboard Boxes
Large cardboard boxes with cutout handles were safely maneuvered around a shipping and receiving area by an AIMCO mechanical gripper and TorqLIFT (lifting cylinder and torque tube). A floating pivoting handlebar keeps the operator in an ergonomic zone.
Wire Spools
Wire spools were easily maneuvered with a custom engineered lift assist; a triple mechanical gripper configuration on a spreader beam. Each gripper has carefully contructed ID gripper jaws that engage the ID of the wood spool.
Televisions
A vacuum lift assist manipulates a large and heavy duty display monitor television screen. This lift assist system includes a rotary actuator that effortlessly rotate the screen 90 degrees. To lift and lower the screen and end effector attachment, a TorqLIFT was used, with bridge crane suspension.
