The serial number will be listed on the silver name plate typically located on the control handle of your system.

Standard lead times vary, depending on the complexity and size of the project.

• 1 week for Franchise Tools and Controllers
• 5 weeks for stand-alone jib cranes
• 6-7 weeks for custom magnet and vacuum devices
• 7-9 weeks for grabbers with custom clamping jaws
• 8-10 weeks for lifting devices with rotation
• 10-14 weeks for custom & complex lift assists

Yes, we often integrate our products with supplied lifting mechanisms such as air hoists, air balancers, and bridge crane systems. We have the ability to integrate with all types of material handling equipment, as long as CAD drawings are supplied.

Fabrication, finishing, and assembly are done in house, followed by a final product review with the distributor and or end user; this gives the customer an opportunity to operate the equipment prior to shipping. If an in-person product review (run off) is not feasible, a detailed approval video will be submitted.
