Medical Equipment
Below the hook lifting device used vacuum technology to pick and place platelet incubators. Custom guides, stops, and locators made it easy to use and a pivoting handlebar arrangement kept the operator in an ergonomic zone.
Food & Beverage Packages
Large area vacuum gripper was used with an AIMCO TorqLIFT to pick and place an entire grid of cardboard boxes during a palletizing process. Each box was filled with motor oil quart and gallon containers. A floating handlebar kept the operator in a comfortable and ergonomic zone.
Jugs & Containers
A small and compact AIMCO gripper was used to grab plastic jugs by their handle. The controller was very user friendly, utilizing an inline slide handle and an Autopick Controller that automatically clamped and unclamped the jugs.
Absorbent Rolls
A custom-engineered mechanical gripper with manual swivel grip pads was used to maneuver absorbant rolls from a conveyor and down into a box. The manual tilt 360 allowed the operator to inspect both sides of the roll prior to packaging.
Frozen Meat Blocks
Frozen meat blocks were handled safely with a food grade and wash down friendly AIMCO stainless steel gripper. A tube lifter was used for the lifting and lowering so that the operator could move the meat blocks as fast as possible.
